Alice Bathke brings 20 years' of strong and diverse experience in Real Estate Sales. In addition to being an active Realtor, Alice is Broker-Owner of three RE/MAX Premier Properties franchises in the western San Gabriel Valley, for the communities of Arcadia, San Marino and South Pasadena, together with her husband, Robert, and partner, Peter Loeffler.

Alice's real estate experience includes: Buyer and Seller Relocation Services; Listing and Selling of Fine Homes and Residential properties, including condominiums, investment properties, probate sales; and assisting Senior Citizen Retirees in scaling down. Her husband, Robert, also an active Realtor, specializes in finance and large commercial/investment properties, with a B.S. degree in Finance. 

Dedicated to her real estate career, Alice has invested much of her time in the local communities, including helping fund the San Marino Huntington School's Poetry Book and contributing support for the local area schools as well. Alice has served as a Director for the California Association of Realtors; has been honored as having been chosen as "Realtor of the Year" by her fellow Realtor Associates; and has served on many Board and M.L.S. committees during the past 20 years.
